Keep in mind that our cookies stay fresh unrefrigerated or unfrozen for about 4 days. Tip #1 To maintain the freshness, we recommend placing your cookies in the freezer (refrigeration dries them out!) Freezing the cookies locks in the flavor! Yes! Freeze those cookies if you want them to stay as fresh as possible. Make sure to freeze them in an airtight container. When thawing just allow them to come to room temperature and enjoy! ​ Tip #2 If you want your cookie to have that “fresh out of the oven” taste, then we recommend popping it in the microwave for 10-20 seconds.
